It was a such great experience. Everything was excellent, so were excellent views of valley. I truly enjoyed favourable location, very pleasant and pleasant staff.

The hotel had indeed a particularly good and excellent location to Maa Vaishno Devi temple from here. Found a place called Madhuban, set not too far from the venue, ate there a few times...

The restaurant boasts a great location with a nice view, adding to the overall experience. The staff attending in the restaurant were polite and helpful, even engaging with children. Rooms are clean, and the bedsheets are fresh, however, the cleanliness is not consistent in all areas.

The service of this establishment leaves much to be desired as the front desk staff can be unkind and unprofessional.

During Christmas, I stayed at a hotel that had a central location, making it easy to explore the city. The hotel served a complimentary breakfast and provided free Wi-Fi, which was a nice touch. The rooms were neat and clean, and the housekeeping staff did a good job at keeping them tidy.

Despite the clean and comfortable rooms, I found the staff to be unhelpful and unwelcoming. They didn't seem interested in making my stay enjoyable.
